Under Armour Launches Clutchfit 3.0 Soccer Cleat

UA Clutchfit 3.0 Soccer Cleat 3

Clutchfit has long been one of Under Armour’s most durable and responsive uppers in performance footwear. Thus, it isn’t surprising to see it coming back to the soccer pitch for a third time in the UA Clutchfit 3.0 cleat.

Designed in collaboration with some of the best players in the world, the Clutchfit 3.0 was created to provide ultimate fit, feel and touch while on the pitch. The design team at Under Armour took to the lab to create the newest generation of Clutchfit material, and if previous versions of Clutchfit are any indication, this shoe should provide extreme durability, comfort, and fit.

As with most current UA shoe models, the Clutchfit 3.0 has plenty of tech. Starting with the Clutchfit upper, we see newly redesigned stenciling, which UA is calling the “Auxetic Pattern.” According to UA, this new pattern of Clutchfit has been engineered to give a more precise fit and feel when compared to previous Clutchfit models. The cleat also contains “UA Grippy” on the inside of the shoe, which provides internal traction in the heel that should do a better job at locking down the foot. Finally, the Clutchfit 3.0 has a redesigned midfoot plate for increased stability when accelerating and decelerating.

The Under Armour Clutchfit 3.0 Soccer Cleat will launch worldwide on February 1 at Under Armour retail stores as well as online at UnderArmour.com.

  1. I like how UA is vibing the classic Diadora cleats, they bring some great style, and black-cleats….. *sigh of relief*.

  2. Is there a site similar to weartesters.com but for cleats/boots? Whether its for football or football. Im just curious on some of the tech and why football (soccer) cleats are so expensive. I see some adidas one which has boost and PK for like $300+.
