Finally, an Anta KT 1 Colorway Worthy of the Finals

It’s no secret that we here at WearTesters enjoy the Anta KT 1. We were there when Anta unveiled the shoe in the Bay, and we’ve been covering it ever since. Now, it finally seems like there is an Anta KT 1 colorway worthy of the Finals (although Klay wasn’t wearing it last night).

During practice for Game 1 of the 2016 NBA Finals Thompson was seen warming up and practicing in this gorgeous colorway of his first signature shoe. There isn’t much to hate with black and gold (Finals colorways are generally lit), and Anta takes things a step further by adding an interesting geometric pattern on the upper, gold flecks everywhere, and a translucent outsole.

Could this be Anta’s “Back to Back” shoe for its superstar athlete? Or will Thompson lace these up for the upcoming road games? Of course, as of right now there is no word on whether these will release or the possible pricing. However, if my excitement for this gorgeous KT 1 colorway doesn’t show through my writing, I promise to update you if more information becomes available because I’ll be copping!

I’d love to hear your thoughts on the latest leaked colorway of the Anta KT 1 so sound off in the comments.

  1. Looks great. But I wonder if they’ll be sold, at least by Anta themselves. They no longer have any KT1s on their US webpage.
