Kevin Durant debuted the Nike KD 9 last night as the OKC Thunder decimated the Golden State Warriors in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals.
Today, we have another look at one of the first colorways hitting retailers in June. The Nike KD 9 features a FlyKnit upper, low cut design, and a brand new articulated Max Zoom Air unit that looks like it’ll be comfortable as hell — we’re hoping that ends up being the case. This is one of out most anticipated shoes releasing this year, and Nike rolling back the retail price to $150 due to lackluster sales — we’ve been letting you guys know for years that there are better options available for your money — is a major part of our excitement. We haven’t had an “affordable” KD model since the KD V, so this is a good look for those looking out for their wallets.
Enjoy another look at the Nike KD 9 in Black/ White below, and don’t forget to sound off in the comment section on your thoughts about the release, price, tech, and whatever else you’d like to discuss.
