The FastFit laceless system makes its way onto Kobe Bryant’s new Nike Kobe AD NXT FF next week.
Laceless performance shoes seem to be the new trend amongst brands as they feel laces are outdated. Most consumers may disagree, but the tech itself is still intriguing either way.
Kobe Bryant’s Nike Kobe AD NXT FF is the latest model to feature the laceless FastFit system while also incorporating a drop-in React midsole. While the initial reaction to the shoe is, “we’ve seen this already on the Air Jordan 33”, the reality is that we have not yet seen this with a shoe that has a completely removable midsole. How that will work while the midsole section of the shoe needs to house the FastFit system is very interesting, and we can’t wait to see how it all works.
We won’t have to wait much longer as the Nike Kobe AD NXT FF will be releasing on August 24 for $200.
