The Air Jordan 32 (XXXII) Has Been Officially Unveiled

We knew it was just hours until Jordan Brand unveiled the next iteration of Air Jordan signature line, the Air Jordan 32. The Air Jordan 32 is inspired by the essence of the Air Jordan 2 and flaunts a modernized silhouette from materials to aesthetics.

The latest signature features a Flyknit upper that uses high-tenacity yarn that should combine stretch, support, and zonal lock down. The lockdown is integrated into the Flyknit construction and it’s paired with tuned-up Flight Speed technology that should unleash the energy in the large Zoom Air units in the forefoot and heel.

The 32 sits atop an improved multidirectional herringbone traction pattern; it is comprised of a series of wiper blade-like shapes that should offer some good traction.

“We’ve always explored new materials and technology to create the best game shoe,” said Michael Jordan in a statement. “That was evident when we went to Italy to make the II, and it still rings true today. On the XXXII, we challenged our designers to push the limits while staying true to the brand’s DNA.”

The Air Jordan 32 ‘Rosso Corsa’ colorway will be available September 30 while the Air Jordan 32 ‘Black/Red’ will launch in both a Mid and Low build on October 18 for $185 and $165, respectively.

We will, of course, be putting the Air Jordan 32 through its paces in a performance review once we have it in our possession so make sure you keep it locked on WearTesters.com.

Now that you have official tech specs, what do you think of the Air Jordan 32? Sound off below.

UPDATE 8/30/2017: The ‘Rosso Corsa’ colorway will be available on September 23, not September 30.

    1. That’s what i thought when i saw the leaked photos too. But the suede materials on that red though. The more I see it, the more I want to cop.

  1. I need to know how they fit. The glamour shots look VERY good. The 28 was the last time was looking forward to a new Jordan. That shoe and the Melo were almost perfect if it the Zoom bags didn’t pop.

  2. Just beautiful. Not too much to say.

I may end up copping every color way shown and rocking out with those for a long while. And the MVP is looking GDawkins ready in those shots. He’s going to flame out in the WCF in these, but he doesn’t have a superteam, so who cares? At least he’ll go hard in these ??

  3. I like them. They are finally dropping the low tops at the same time! lol. I’ll probably wait for them to go on sale and after a performance review of course. I wanted the 31s but got turned off by them after Westbrook didn’t like the shoe’s sole.

  4. Not a fan of all “Red” shoes but…Im dying to see what the “White-Black-Red” colorway of this XXX2 shoe like the colorway they used in 1987 when he wore them in the slam dunk contest in Seattle and through out the season. So Stoked to see that colorway!!…just hope they do it…….these XXX2 are FIRE tho…IMO Gr8 Job Nike!..Finally! lol

  5. The heel cup and heel tab reminds me of the Rose 6, and that was one aspect of that shoe that I really didn’t like. It was pretty high, and the stiff heep cup was pulled up by the laces so there was little flexibility when your achilles bends all the way back. If this shoe is as high as that one, maybe the lows are the way to go.

  6. The heel and forefoot cushion connected by a carbon fibre torsional plate reminds me of xx8 a lot. “Tuned-up” flight speed looks like bigger zoom bags on a more stable base. Maybe it’s less volatile like the xx8 and more durable in terms of popping. Looks really good from these pics. Hopefully it performs well. Xxx1 traction was terrible.

  7. The black with red trim reminds me of the AJ 1 when they didn’t have enough white , and the NBA fined him every game he wore them. like these a lot.

  8. This will be released at eastbay.com right? so i can cop from australia. The lows tho. cant wait for me to have my 1st air jordan basketball shoe.
