Air Jordan 11 Retro ’72-10′ Gets An On-Foot Look

Well, I wasn’t initially planning on picking up a pair…

Who knew the Air Jordan 11 would look so nice in premium materials? The strange part is that the materials aren’t even my favorite part of the shoe. It’s the damn outsole. Changing the outsole from red to clear just made the shoe super clean looking. Don’t get me wrong, I love the regular Black/ Red colorway of the shoe…but this screams ‘Playoffs’ to me. White base, black upper, and just a touch of red.

Check out the latest photos, including an on-foot look, of the upcoming Air Jordan 11 Retro ’72-10′ and let us know what you think about them in the comment section below. Air Jordan 11 Retro '72-10' Gets An On-Foot Look 1 Air Jordan 11 Retro '72-10' Gets An On-Foot Look 2

  1. I am n o fan of the 11 at all…like I pretty much hate them. But these do look good in leather i might very well buy these…probably not though bc I hate the 11

  2. The patent area looks like its clear and underneath it has the leather upper. These are very nice indeed!

  3. I love how ppl ask “can you ball in these”? Of course you can…you literally can play in ANYTHING. back in the day ask they had to play in we’re pro keds and Chuck Taylor’s. If the 11s were good enough for Michael Jordan i don’t understand why they wouldn’t be good enough now

    1. I think they mean “should you ball in these”. If Michael Jordan’s patented leather stitch came off he had 1000 other pairs.

    2. you can play barefoot if you like 🙂 i wouldn’t like to play in expensive shoes if they are going to fell apart … they are whole in leather man, originals have leather only at the bottom of upper part , and other stuff is some kind of mesh …

  4. These are damned solid, but again, that price is ridiculous. This is how they should be making sneakers, yet Nike has been charging large amounts for shoes that are poorly made. That fact that there hasn’t been a big enough backlash against Nike’s practices, is quite puzzling. When there was a standard for shoes that you could actually play in, Nike was forced to put out a durable shoe. Now that all these guys do is post their shoes to instagram instead of playing in them, Nike does not give a damn if they are playable or not, yet charging premium pricing. Kobe’s shoes are cheap pieces of crap that last about as long as dog crap in the sun, plus watch somebody come on claiming “performance”, and LeBron can’t even wear his for too long, now KD’s dogs are now busted due to his latest shoe.

I hope I get to see all of this come back to bite Nike in the ass one day.

  5. I actually like them, although the Ballistic mesh would of been better imo…either way I cant wait to strike out online and end up payin $400-$500 bucks from Resellers! cant wait! lol merry xmas!
