Within the past week, adidas has brought back a recent favorite for many people: the adidas Xeno ZX Flux.
This past week, we saw an all black Xeno ZX Flux, with a grey and black/white Xeno ZX Flux before this latest one. Right in time for everyone to go and grab these to put under the Christmas tree, adidas gives us a look at their newest Xeno ZX Flux line, the ‘Negative Collection’.
The adidas Xeno ZX Flux ‘Negative Collection’ is inspired by the photographic reference to a negative, in which the darkest portions of an image (positive version in black/white) show up as the lightest portions of an image (negative version in black/white) and vise versa. In terms of color images, colors are basically color-reversed. The adidas ‘Negative Pack’ uses both black/white and color to bring about a shoe that contrasts between positive and negative versions. Seen below are three black based ZX Flux on which all of the black is the color changing reflective material, with gradient colored scales atop of the reflective upper.
