The adidas Samba is the perfect sneaker for playing soccer all day and getting your groove on all night.
One of the first mainstream adidas soccer boots used off the pitch, the Samba has become a quintessential part of many sneaker rotations. As a result, the adidas Samba has seen numerous different builds ranging from indoor soccer boots to Primeknit uppers.
However, this upcoming release is more akin to the original Samba soccer boot, which first debuted in the 1950s. It features a full leather upper with contrasting leather on the three stripes branding and heel tab. There is also premium suede on the T-toe panel of the sneaker.
There is also a shroud that goes on top of the laces for an added customization factor, though it remains to be seen which colorway said shroud will be available on. Gum bottoms and gold foil Samba branding complete the ensemble.
The adidas Samba will return in three colorways on June 1 for $80 each. They will be available exclusively on adidas.com and select adidas retailers on release date. Look for updates on when these will be available on Eastbay.com.
