Well…we might have a winner here.
Traction is segmented herringbone. It is very thin so i wouldn’t recommend these for outdoor use, but herringbone should get the job done on the hardwood.
As far as cushioning, bounce cushion is used. From a try on stand point, these are VERY comfortable. I wasn’t expecting much since these are a low-budget model, but bounce is legit. One thing to note: There is much more cushion in the heel of the shoe, as opposed to a thinner forefoot.
Synthetic leather is used in the forefoot…it will be decent. You can’t ask for too much on a shoe that retails for $110. Mesh can be found along the side of the shoe to help with ventilation.
If you have a normal or narrow foot, I suggest going true to size. If you have a wide foot, try them on first. From a try on, they give a very nice, contained fit.
So far, I’m impressed, especially in the cushioning department. These will likely go down as one of the better “bang for your buck” options. Stay tuned to WearTesters for a performance review, and leave your thoughts down below.
