adidas has teamed up with Canadian fashion boutique Haven to produce a special blacked-out UltraBoost colorway.
Inspired by the long periods of darkness up north in Canada, the shoe features an all-black Primeknit upper, minus the cage. It sits atop a black-painted Boost midsole cushion wrapped by a black rubber outsole. HAVEN branding can be seen on the tab where the tongue usually is. Notably, the heel counter is made of leather instead of the usual TPU material and the new vamp should offer better protection from the elements.
The adidas x HAVEN UltraBoost is set to release on April 1 at HAVEN locations in Vancouver and Toronto as well as HAVEN’s online store for $200. Stay tuned for more information on a global release of the adidas x HAVEN UltraBoost.
