Just like the adidas D Rose 4, the D Rose 4.5 is growing on me the more I see them… not that tiger colorway but the normal looking ones.
The GeoFit lining inside the shoe looks awesome and the ventilation has been increased a bit but just like the Rose 3.5, the 4.5 hasn’t changed what makes up the Rose 4 overall so their performance will be identical. Not sure why people are so confused by an uppers redesign or if they just think they are being funny or something when they ask me to test a shoe that’s been done before, which clearly has no visible changes in tech/ tooling, but for whatever reason I’m sure I’ll get asked to test these and I doubt I will unless the brand winds up sending me a pair for some reason. However, I’m telling you now… these and the 4 will play the same… just like the 3 vs 3.5.

I just can’t help but remember the beautiful reinvention they achieved with the rose 2.5. Those were the days when I swore by adidas. No longer.
Yeah I know what you mean, the 2.5 was a great basketball shoe, rocked the blue/memphis CW and it was dope on the court.
Might as well wait for the boost cushion on the Rose 5 though instead of the 4.5. Boost cushioning is supposed to amazing
