Somehow, some way, the adidas D Lillard 2 has landed on eBay. If these are really the D Lillard 2 that is.
There has been no confirmation from adidas that this is Lillard’s second signature sneaker, and we’ve seen a pair that looks similar with a Boost heel. So there may be multiple sample versions of the shoe floating around, or they plan on making two versions of the shoes this season. It would be smart if adidas took their lower tier signatures and gave them the Playoff “.5” update that the Rose line used to the get, but actually upgrade the shoe with Boost cushion – the regular season pairs feature Bounce – but that’s just what I would do.

These traction patterns look so thin. These and the Rose 6 look so thin.

Great looking shoe. This design would be a perfect candidate for internal boost with adi+ fitframe. Add full herringbone traction and prime-knit upper.
Somebody is going to lose their job – and more – over these. All unreleased size 9? Those are production samples walking out under a jacket from the factory. Nike criminals all over again.
That’s what I was thinking. Definitely don’t want to buy something that was stolen just to put out a review early.
Ahhh, part of me is hoping these aren’t the final version, that traction looks like crap, such a tight pattern. But, the overall aesthetic of the shoe is nice imo.

The traction on the rose 6’s and the lillard 2’s look like they are going to perform well because of the shallow grooves.

Not an Adidas guy, but Lillard has by far the best looking shoes of the past two years and it’s not even close.
How is the Lillard 1 for comfort wise? I’ve been thinking about picking up a pair just to wear casually as I like a couple of the colorways. How does the cushioning feel just walking around in them?
From what I’ve read though, it’s not that great of a performer on the court. I probably would have bought a pair already if it was a better performer.
The eyestay and laces scream WOW.
Not even a little, the eyestay, and lacing are based off an old EQT design.
