If you’ve been following the reporting we do here at WearTesters.com then you already know about the latest silhouette from the three stripes brand: the adidas AlphaBounce Instinct.
The adidas AlphaBounce Instinct is, according to adidas Running, a sneaker designed for both running and training (although several European sites have designated the shoe as a lifestyle model).
Equipped with the “Adaptive Torsion” system in an s-curve pattern, the shoe should allow the forefoot and heel to move independently without sacrificing the Bounce cushioning beneath it. The AlphaBounce Instinct also features what adidas calls “Adaptive Forging,” a breathable engineered mesh upper that is forged to increase support and stability for both linear and multi-directional movements. Finally, the shoe rides atop “Adaptive Traction” — a Contintental Rubber outsole.
The adidas AlphaBounce Instinct releases for both men and women (in several colorways) at Eastbay.com, adidas.com, and retailers globally on July 7 for $120.
