The adidas adiZero Rose line has been solid so far and the 3.0 model is one that I can’t wait to play in.
Unfortunately, I’ll have to wait – and so will you – until they release at adidas Basketball retailers. The good news is that the wait isn’t too long from now as the Rose 3.0 will be made available to the public on October 4th, 2012. Retail is said to be $160 and the colorway(s) that will release first is currently unknown. My guess is the Black/ Red pair will release first – as they usually do – but I’m hoping for the Grey pair.

I too can’t wait for these as his shoes have been great performers on the court but I am also curious to see what has been added to justify the big jump in price from his previous shoes.
They dont really need to add anything to the shoe to justify the price increase. Nike and Jordan have been increasing prices and there isnt a reason, other than the Nike+ shoes but thats a given IMO. They are still priced competitively in comparison to the ‘big’ brand(s) but there are other brands with less expensive products that can perform at the same level so that is where things will get interesting.
Hey, the adirose 3.0 is released is released in a Canadian sports store called sportchek for about $130 Canadian money. They only have 1 colorway though and it is the gold medal colorway

Its true that the price increase makes us thinking twice about buying these. In addition we also don’t see any additional improvement/”tech” in the new Rose. But I think the increase has everything to do with Rose’s fresh $250 mil Adidas contract. Somebody has to pay for those and the cost is being passed to us, customers.

It’s the fucken lightning that made it look pink. It’s really red. The photographer who took this picture needs to get smacked and go back to school.
It has been rumored to be miCoach ready…perhaps a justification for the price mark up.
The grey pair looks sick .. i like those diamond cuts … cant wait for them to drop.
These are sick… Ive been looking at em for about a month or so now. At first I was disappointed in the looks of them compared to the 2.5 but the more pictures that get released the more I like them…. still would say the 2.5s look about as good tho, but ill never know until i see em in person. Anyone heard anything about what the weight of these is supposed to be.
