adidas adiPower Howard 3

The adidas adiPower Howard 2 was a beast on-court and the adiPower Howard 3 looks to provide much of the same.

The upper has been revamped a bit but still gives a sleek and clean look to the silhouette; however, the midsole and outsole remain unchanged. Usually I would like to see some sort of design change but in this particular situation… the Howard 2’s Alive Cushion and Shattered Glass traction pattern worked so well that I’m happy to see it make a return to the third rendition of Howard’s signature line.

Like the old saying goes… if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it.

  1. when i first saw these it reminds me of a sport car and the slanted stripe kinda defines speed but i don’t like these unless they really come out with some good colorways that makes it look better

  2. The Howrd2 R not very quick when running down court imo, but work well for cuts to the basket, or perhaps its me. Very consistent and reliable performance. Very comfortable to play with. These seem very similar.
I want everything the Howrd2 offers with a little more speed.
