Dwight Howard’s 3rd signature sneaker is available now in four colorways.
The Orlando Magic fans are taken care of with the Home and Away models while Laker fans can get their Dwight on too with the Black/ Purple model. If you just need something basic then the Blackout model is a good option as well.
You can grab either of the colorways now at adidas.com for $110.
Planning to make a performance review of this since you are doing Big Man shoes currently?
Really? Am I reading the correct blog? NW prefers guard shoes (being a guard himself).
I guess the traditional big man/small man positions are blurred now a days (my friend is a big man but prefers guard shoes especially UA).
But yes, NW please do a review on them!!!!
As my friend once said:
“Big men can’t sell shoes”
Good for me esp when it hits the clearance/discount section of shoe sites plus coupon…
Howard 2 was great performance shoe…so hopefully these will be on my radar also.
I feel like they took a step back on the design. Hopefully performance is just as good or better from the last ones.
The tiger stripes at the top of the shoes look ugly.
The blue colorway is hot, but the rest are are meh.
Only the blacked out colour way is nicer than on the Howard 2, it’s a shame they patent toe cap is gone, too.
Seems like pretty much the same tech was used as in the Howard 2 in terms of traction & cushioning, and the cut is also pretty much the same. The only difference is the materials, so there could be differences in fit & durability. Also seems like these have at least some holes in the material for better ventilation. They are probably on par with the Rose 3 as far as performance goes, but cost $110.
Why aren’t you writing for Slam, yet?
he didn’t wear these shoes in the preseason game
