A special edition Curry 2 has been spotted online in an overseas forum and it looks to have some premium features.
Leather replaces the synthetic toe while the SpeedForm rear panel stays in place. Gold accents are added to the branding, laces, shank, and outsole which makes one wonder if this is supposed to be some sort of Championship edition. The inner lining is reminiscent of the ‘Splash Party’ Curry One’s — another possible hint that this shoe was created in order to celebrate the Dubs winning a ring.
No word on whether or not this pair will hit retail, but if it did would you cop? How much would you be willing to pay? The Champ Pack retailed at $400 and neither pair had the material quality quite up to this standard.
These are nice. About $160?
I would pay over 200 for these! They are exactly my taste though. I hope they release…so far my go to shoes as of late are the Jordan super.fly 3 jacquard and Nike soldier 9 freegums.

Wouldn’t pay above $140. Anything over a $20 increase because of premium(ish) materials is too much. I’d only cop if it sold for retail-$140.

The combination of materials, color blocking and logo placement have me thinking of the Under Armour Prototypes. The ones Brandon Jennings wore in his 55pt game way back when.

I think that these are the splash party edition of the Curry shoe line because of the inner liner
