A First Look at Tinker Hatfield’s Jordan Team Diamond Mid

We get a first look at the upcoming Jordan Team Diamond Mid by Tinker Hatfield.

With his newly announced Converse Star Series and now the Jordan Team Diamond Mid for Jordan Performance — Tinker Hatfield has been pretty busy.

Tech specs release date, and pricing are currently unknown, but we may being seeing the Jordan Team Diamond release sometime this summer. Traction looks similar to what was used on the Jordan Supreme Elevation — which has performed well throughout our testing. I hope Zoom Air is in place for cushion, but we’ll have to wait and see what was used.

Materials look to be mesh and almost mimic a basketball jersey. Diamonds are blatantly used on the medial and lateral side for support which we’ve also seen on the upcoming Jordan Trunner NXT React.

Let us know your thoughts on the upcoming Jordan Team Diamond Mid below and stay tuned for updated information as it becomes available.

  1. From a design perspective it’s different. Jordan’s performance line seems to get that extra treatment it needed with Tinker going in and designing some things.

  2. By the name alone I thought this was a baseball cleat but looking at it now is this for basketball or training?

  3. If you zoom in on the third photo you can see a small “z” on the inner side of shoes, so pretty much confirmed for forefoot zoom, hope it will have midfoot zoom too.
