It was announced yesterday that the Jordan Why Not Zero.3 will release on January 2, 2020. Today, WearTesters’ own Stanley Tse brings us a detailed look at Westbrook’s newest signature shoe.
The shoe shown is the launch colorway labeled the “Zer0 Noise” As we stated in our post yesterday, the shoe represents Russell’s desire to inspire people to block out any unnecessary noise and play the game their own way.
The shoe features an all-new articulated Nike Zoom Air bag in the forefoot that features horizontal flex grooves to help enable linear speed and provide a propulsive feel on the court. They also feature modified herringbone traction, a WearTesters audience favorite.
My early thoughts are that the shoe runs light, plays fast, and grips the floor when you need to stop and go. The cushion is responsive, yet stable.
I’d love to hear your opinions based on these detailed images. I’ll be continuing the Jordan Why Not Zero.3 conversation over at the WearTesters Discord channel and providing early thoughts on my experience playing in the shoes. Come join the conversation!
