The Nike Zoom Soldier IX will be available in GS – Grade School – sizes and this ‘Chilling Red’ colorway will be one of them.
Most of the performance features look to have been carried over form the Men’s version, with the exception of a few details. Looks like the forefoot/ midfoot strap isn’t connected with the Flywire the way it was in the Men’s version which is pretty pointless, so now Flywire is there just for decoration. Something to notice as well is that there is no mention of Nike Zoom on the shoe at all. Usually if a Nike shoe has Zoom Air, it’ll be stated somewhere on the shoe. Not sure if they’ve removed the cushion or not… but it looks that way.
The Nike Zoom Soldier 9 will officially be available in multiple colorways starting July 3rd.
These are looking like a medical aid, I wonder if my insurance will cover these??? I wonder whT they will look like if we cut the mummy straps off
If you remove the straps then the shoes are no longer wearable on-court. There is no real lacing system.
