50,000 Subscriber Giveaway – Winner

There were quite a few people that entered the giveaway and we have a winner.

For the record, there were a number of people that created videos and did not submit them as a video response. Without submitting your video as a response, I cannot see who enters therefore you are left off. It is important to follow the instructions completely otherwise I cannot see everyone’s entry. There was also a cheater and he was quickly removed from the poll.

Now, the winner is…

Gary Diaz

I enjoyed watching everyone’s videos and I thank you for entering.

  1. awww.. i only saw this now im from the Philippines time zone sucks , i did not have the chance to share my video 🙁

  2. Congrats to him, couldnt make any video because im in the hospital, lol.

  3. This kid is proof that you don’t need the freshest kicks to kick ass on court.

  4. Hey Nightwing, what you saying?! I didn’t cheat? I only got to vote for my self twice, you must of mistaken something. You sure the 300 wasn’t the amount of votes?

    1. Im not going to argue with you. Each IP was allowed 1 vote and your IP had hundreds. Not allowed. Period. I dont know how it happened as i had set the poll to only allow one vote per IP but the reports dont lie.

      1. How does that work? I only voted for myself twice, hows it hundreds? You sure the IP thing is right? I did tell like everyone I know to vote for me. Still puzzled what even happened

          1. Is this IP the one that magically somehow gave me hundreds of votes?

  5. I put so in a lot of time and effort towards this, and you’re saying i cheated?! I don’t get it!

        1. Gary is better than you anyway. But to clarify, your modem has an IP address and once a computer is logged onto the internet, your device assumes that same IP address and subsequent devices get different IP addresses. Since you had a bunch of votes from 1 single IP address, that means your one computer was putting in a bunch of votes.

I voted a few times, not sure if they registered or not, but I wasn’t in the contest nor do I personally know anyone that participated.

          1. It wasnt about who was better but it was about who was fair. The IP used had nearly 300 votes, there was another person who entered that had around 250 on the same IP and the same thing happened to that guy, he was removed from the giveaway. Only one is complaining about it. I can only act on what I see, I do not know any of these people personally so this is based purely on data.

  6. hey! you said it yourself, that you set it to only one vote for one IP and all my friends were voting for me at school and we are all using the same internet provider, so I think that is how you have mistaken me. I’m seriously devastated, I put so much effort and all my friends voted for me. All i did was make a video and my friends voted me.

    1. I already explained, last time. The IP used was used nearly 300 times. That data caused me to red flag that IP and remove you along with one other person (they had 250+ votes on an IP) and that is what happened. Now, it would be respectful of you to leave it at that. I would typically say, better luck next time but with all of your arguing it has only shown me that none of you can handle giveaways. Ive dealt with this before and when someone doesn’t win there is always some person that wants to argue about it. So this is the last time i will do something nice for people.

      1. thats complete bull man you talk about fairness and all that the school uses ONE IP ADRESS of course your gonna have heaps of votes from that same one because its from a SCHOOL he is one of the best basket ballers i know and yet even more he has more heart than miami heat has of wins i am disgusted

        1. Same IP with multiple votes and your disqualified. Problem? Not my fault none of you were thinking that you were spamming with a single IP and wouldnt get caught.

          1. Looks like this is gonna turn into one of those “how many 5 year olds do you think you can beat up at once” when all his friends come. I have a feeling you’re gonna close this comment section very soon. I don’t even know why I’ve invested so much time into explaining… Dammit!

            1. It is what it is. They are young and do not understand rules. Im pretty sure their school wont like it once I report their IP and I doubt they all were supposed to be on the computer at school spamming a site like this during school hours.

          2. Not everyone knows what IP is. I only knew what it meant when you told me.

    2. So, wait… You got an entire library of 300 people to vote for you or something?! Also, it doesn’t matter who the service provider is. You could have won if you told all your friends to vote at home and not at school, that way each vote would register with a different IP address.

      1. I was literally getting the same IP spamming my site and the voting poll every 2 seconds. I doubt 300 ppl did it, it had to have been multiple votes from the same group of people.

      2. your right, and i did, but time zones are different which cause problems

  7. It isn’t but at the same time he’s not gonna spend time to go investigate if you were voting at school or not. The easiest way to make it far was for 1 vote to register for 1 IP address, which is the parameter Nightwing chose to use. It wasn’t a problem that your friends voted for you, it was the fact it was all from the same IP address. He based his decision on the data, nothing more nothing less. Also, SAME IP means it was from the SAME place (your school in this case) if the computers are all part of the same LAN, which they were. That means no different time zones since 1 place can’t have different time zones. Just forget it, man. You’re young and missing out on free shoes is a big deal but the KD Vs can probably be had for 70 bucks now. Do some chores around the house for your parents for a couple weeks and pick up a pair. Nothing is gonna change now, he isn’t gonna revoke the winner’s shoes after he already announced it.

    1. Just so stunned how he bases his decisions on this IP thing and didn’t even tell us. He did say that he set it to 1 vote per IP, but he can’t accuse people for cheating when people in my school voted for me. You’re right, its just a pair of shoes, but I just stunned.

      1. I dont have to tell you anything. Its how I keep track of who comes through my site at all times, not just for the giveaway. Its how I track everything here. A single IP spammed my site and voted for your name multiple times per second. Anyone who runs a site would have quickly caught on and shut that down. You keep arguing though which is your ultimate downfall. Its immature and disrespectful of you to even act this way when the way I run things are the only way that is fair. To then have your friends leave comments and hate toward me for doing MY giveaway MY way is just immature and disrespectful when I do this on my time and on my dime. If you cannot respect that then you should not be here.
