Definitely one of the stranger write-ups I’ve been asked to do… here is a list on The 10 Best Basketball shoes for Heavy Set Players.
This list is comprised of quite a few different models – both old and new – based on the two most important features when you consider a really heavy set body type… cushion and stability. At least those are the two most important features if you were only asking me… I’m sure other people have different opinions on it.

pippen had his shoe custom made to be zoom air rather than the airmax. just info though.
Yup, Jordan put him onto Zoom Air and said it’s better than any cushion that they’ve tried. Once Pip tried it out he had Nike make him Zoom based pairs for games.
read from nikelebron.net that they are making custom midsoles now for lebron and modified the toe box. he wore the 11 a full game.
They also changed the shape/ cut of the collar and made it more like the x elite’s collar

hold up, your telling me that there are Air Pippen 1’s that have the air max replaced with Zoom units?! So he had Lebron X prototypes?! back in the 90’s? I know his other shoes that were not “MAX” shoes had zoom but these Pippen 1’s, and or air More Uptempo’s etc, NW Please confirm and elab if possible
