It’s been a while since Jordan Brand released a regular Air Jordan V Retro. Yes, we’ve seen several premium — and wildly expensive — PRM Take Flight builds but this latest seem like a return to form.
Quite similar to the red suede ‘Raging Bull’, this build does away with the matte black midsole and unique details of that 2009 release in favor of glossy black accents. I had thought we left all-red sneakers in 2015 and 2016, but that is seemingly not the case.
Rumored for a July 1 release date, this Air Jordan 5 Retro gets an all-over University Red look — even the cage, which usually yellows over time when done in clear plastic, has gotten the red treatment. This build sits atop icy outsoles and a visible Air unit in the heel.

these were ok. but not the typical red suede quality that I would have liked similar to the old red bull 5s. colorway, I would prefer the Oreos and Tokyo 5s.
