One Last Look at the Air Jordan 9 Retro Low ‘Bright Mango’ Before They Release

A new Air Jordan 9 Retro Low colorway is releasing tomorrow, whether you like it or not.

These have been dubbed the ‘Bright Mango’, and they are a wild colorway to say the very least. According to Jordan Brand, these feature premium leather along the upper in tonal Bright Mango fashion. A speckled midsole is featured along with a touch of green on the heel. We couldn’t find any real inspiration for the colorway itself, and this is all Jordan Brand had to say about them:

This retro comes suited in bright mango premium leather that carries to the sole. The theme of bright color continues with the green Jumpman over a globe on the back heel – a nod to His Airness evolving into a worldwide phenomenon. Dark green tones down the bright shoe most notably on the tongue, inner, and laces – while speckled paint graces the midsole for a clean finish. – Jordan Brand

This random colorway is headed to retailers tomorrow, May 7, for a retail price of $170. You’ll be able to grab them at most Jordan Brand retailers including City Blue Shop.

  1. I actually dig these. NO WAY I’m paying full retail though. Unless Yeezy is caught wearing these they are gonna sit. These are gonna hit the outlets. These are going to be eligible for discount. When that happens I might pick them up. $120 is the right price (after tax and shipping)

  2. I would like to point out that these are more of a pastel peach/orange color in person with a seaweed green tongue and liner, just look “off” to me personally, but since they are way more limited than the NYC 10’s they’ll sell out.
