Nike SB has recently released a new colorway of the Nike SB Dunk Low, but you may think of these more of a July 4th type of colorway instead of a Wizard of Oz theme.
The shoe features a blue and white gingham print, similar to the dress of Dorthy, and red accents to represent her red heels. Finally, the insoles of the shoe (in the images below) show the word “Oz”, giving off the idea of the shoe, as well as the yellow bricks on the insole.
