The Nike Lil’ Penny Posite hasn’t released, but the colorways keep coming in. This colorway is obviously inspired by the Orlando Magic. On a side note, all of my favorite Penny shoes have an Orlando theme. We don’t know a release date for these yet, but stay tuned for more info on the elusive Lil’ Penny Posite.

Yea bro. The zoom rookie only had heel zoom the size of a trident stick of gum. And the penny V’ a had no forefoot zoom but nike.com said it did…so I’m just weary

get a Pair 1/2 center, fat Forefoot Zoom with Heel air bag and are comfy big time with far more style points than all releases after. Peeps are probably selling them cheap to stay up on the hype shite.
Same thing they did with the zoom flight gloves. The original had quality zoom. The retro just has the cheapest zoom they could find

Kobw,lebrob, hd, sf. For me. Because kobe has the best court feel in that shoes youve mention. Lebron will give you support, but its too mushy for a guard. Hyperdunk for a balance feel. But no full length lunarlon. Superfly for that propelling feelng if you love to jump and want that responsive zoom feel

Kobe 8, Hyperdunk, Super.Fly II, and the LeBron XI. I am 12 5’4″ and these are I’ve tested all except for the Brons… But for guards play the low cut of the KB8 fits your playong style, not mine tho. I hoop in HD, CP3s, XX8 SEs and the WoWs. I can’t get over with the leather of the CPs and the unlocked zoom of the SEs. The sleek silhouette of SEs compared to the slightly bulky SF2s bother me but hey, maybe you dont mind.
Consider the Peak Parker 1 as well, your parents will appreciate the price especially when theyre on sale 🙂
Stupid question, he can’t decide for you. Buy kobe’s, if I would you I would find something cheaper, because you are only 13 and your foot could grow very fast…

My name is not Chris, but I would say the Kobe 8 or Hyderdunk would be the best choices if you are a small guard. The Lebron or SF2 are better if you want more cushion, or want to be higher off the ground.

Hey Nightwing, I have a question. Do you know any sites that have some good shoes on sale? I’m looking for some shoes for next season. I’m a guard and I drive in a lot. I’m looking at either the Rose 4.5’s or the Super Fly 2’s at the moment, more towards the Roses but they’re a little more expensive. 140 is probably the max I can go, and I can’t wait for the 5’s because those will most likely be 160-180 when they release. I surfed around Footlocker and Eastbay, and the Super Flys are on sale but the Roses aren’t yet.
You pretty much answered your own question. Go with the Super.Fly 2. I’ve seen some at around $90.
You can also go with the Rose 4s, they’re being discounted and repretty much the same as the 4.5s
@ Nightwing – what would you recommend for indoor play the Kobe VI or the Kobe VIII? Im looking strictly from a basketball performance view. Do not care for looks. Which one would you recommend? Thanks and appreciate the help

Well I’m not Nightwing but from his recent performance view and some other peoples, the Kobe 9’s are almost maxed out with Nike’s newest technology. The 7’s were pretty good too but I would say the 9’s.
Dont mess around with those shoes, get the Jordan CP3 VI, Buy 2 pair there all on sale and call it a year -unless your trying to roll with the Hype go with the anatomix spawn – Your young lite weight and i’m sure with goods joints you dont need all that cushion.
Get the Kobe 8, the 6’s traction do not compare

@ Kevin – I wasnt asking for 9s cause they just came out and its hard to get one also really expensive so ill wait few months. In the meantime I wanted a pair so its between the Kobe VI and the Kobe VIII? Which one you guys think is the superior shoes from performance standpoint?
Watch the review he said that the 8’s were possibly the best out of the kobe line but in my opinion the only real diff with the kobe 6 and and are the cushion the fit the same except the 6 uses zoom air and the 8’s uses lunarlon + plus 8’s are slightly more breathable and lighter. Traction wise the kobe 8 just kills the 6.

Woops my bad lol I read the numerals wrong xD Ummm I would stick with the Kobe 8’s because they’re still pretty good over the 6’s. The 8’s are pretty low but they perform well.
The penny posites are coming out very soon in hong king, I can’t remember exactly when the release date is, gotta check. Definitely interested in them. And the penny v might not have zoom in the forefoot, but the foam in the forefoot really is VERY nice, while giving you excellent court feel…best penny shoe to ball in by far in my opinion.
The lil penny ad campaign was funny as hell. I liked that more than these
Update: the lil penny posites were supposed to be out two weeks ago, but they’ve been delayed for the time being. The price is set at about $15 USD more than the lebron XI, very expensive indeed. The outsole does remind me a hell of a lot of the AJ XI, you can see it in these pics too. The lil penny posite in black red is very nice, methinks…not about to drop two bills plus on a pair any time soon though….
$250 is probably the price it’s obviously gonna sell out quick ill have no chance of getting a pair as always not one pair of retros or high price shoes 🙁
