Nike LeBron XI ‘Gamma Blue’ Official Images + Info

A thing of beauty.

The LEBRON 11 Gamma Blue highlights a new approach to containment, support and natural motion; created in a shade of blue representing unbreakable strength.

The Gamma Blue inspiration is based around tempered steel. At high heat, steel develops an oxide layer that’s blue in color. After being forged, steel is treated again to create an unbreakable resistance similar to LeBron’s style of play on the court.

The LEBRON 11 Gamma Blue colorway represents superior integrity, optimal strength and strong impact resistance. The Gamma Blue plated panels of the Nike Hyperposite technology shields the foot for defense. A smooth Swoosh represents the tempered steel spectrum, from yellow to the distinctive blue.

The LEBRON 11 Gamma Blue colorway will be available globally at select retail locations and Nike.com beginning Nov. 16.

  1. I like the color of the swoosh. Really looks like tempered steel.

The colorway is made for Nightwing..

  2. does anyone know where I can get blitz blue kobe 8s for under $180? NW if you know any good sites other than kickscrew, sneakercrew, air-knight, jimmyjazz, and ebay/kixify could you let me know

        1. Exactly what Jim said. Call the store to see if they still have them, and if they will let you order them. They still had them a couple of weeks ago. If they won’t ship them to you, and you want them really bad, I can help.

  3. The blitz blues sat on shelves by me for weeks. They are gone now though. Might as well just check ebay Ben.

  4. I’ve been thinking–where do we think Nike is dumping more of its new tech and resources: the Air Jordan line or the Lebron line? They’re edging closer and closer…

    1. they have separate design teams. jordan brand pays to use nike tech, but they adapt it to fit them i.e. the flight plate. that is specific to jordan brand.
