The Nike Kobe AD has seen a multitude of great colorways released despite mediocre on-court performance. Now, you can add the ‘Oregon’ edition of the A.D. to that long list of great color applications.
The shoe features the University of Oregon’s school colors of black and Yellow Strike. The midsole design flaunts colored wings as an homage to the school’s mascot, the Oregon Duck. At the heel you can see the big ‘O’ we all know alongside Kobe Bryant’s signature. Tech specs include a solid rubber outsole, heel Zoom Air, Lunarlon midsole, and a mesh upper to finish things off.
The Nike Kobe A.D. ‘Oregon’ is set to release March 10 on Nike.com with a retail price of $160. What do you think of Nike releasing Oregon editions regularly nowadays when the theme used to be exclusive to players only? Let us know what your thoughts are down in the comments.
