The Nike Kobe A.D. Arrives in ‘Midnight Navy’

The Nike Kobe A.D. is one of the best-looking sneakers of the year, despite how it performs, and this Midnight Navy color scheme adds yet another great colorway to an already impressive collection.

Using a navy mesh upper with white hits throughout the midsole and outsole, this colorway keeps things simple. The end result is one clean looking colorway that would be a solid off-court option, since our performance review on the Kobe A.D. was not favorable.

These are rumored to release on February 23 for $160. Will you copping? Let us know in the comments section below or on social media with the #WearTesters.

Nike Kobe A.D. – Performance Review

  1. I want to know what the weartesters team thinks about comfort in these outside of the court? I love the look despite the performance aspect so it would be nice if they’re OK to wear casually

    1. personally, these would be fine if worn casually. it’s full length lunarlon with a bit of zoom in the heel. on the otherhand, why not the Harden V1 instead?

  2. Honestly I just bought these and tried them on, they don’t seem that bad, granted I haven’t actually played in them. I know Nightwing hated the materials but I really like them already and that’s without breaking them in. The cushion is fine, average like the typical Kobe without a custom full length drop-in midsole but should be pretty responsive.

  3. These are so clean. If the traction was solid rubber Kobe 11 level, I would cop these in a heartbeat. Still might, and wear them casually. I really shouldn’t but I want to… strong!
