Pippen ain’t easy.
With the first images of the Nike Pippen 6 surfacing, here is our first look at another model the six time champion wore during the 94-95 season, the Nike Air Max Uptempo 95. Seen here in a ‘Lakers’ colorway, the Nike Air Max Uptempo 95 makes use of a white leather upper and a purple nubuck mudguard. Hits of yellow can be found throughout this colorway for added pop to this classic model. Overall its great to see the Nike Air Max Uptempo 95 back, and hopefully we got more clean colorways like this one, fingers crossed for a Bulls colorway.

Top 10 favorite kicks of all time! They need to remaster these not just retro them. Have bought retros of these since owning the OGs and sold all of them. The retro doesn’t come close to the og in terms of materials and/or comfort. Even worse than how far off Jordan retros are from the OGs. Air bags are hard with no give, plasticky leather… The last pair of retros I owned of these I couldn’t even walk around in them they were so uncomfortable.
Not gonna fall for it this time…definite pass.

crazy comfortable shoes. at least they were. dont know about the retro yet. the only downside to them was how heavy they were. very stable feeling shoe underfoot and very supportive. loved shoes that entire outsole was in contact w/ court- definitely a rarity in the 90s. the midsole wrap really keeps you centered. wonder if the midsole will still be the old school dense polyurethane that made the shoe feel so secure or EVA to reduce weight and cost
All I know is, if they make these in the Lakers purp/yellow, they are bought. Imagine a 76ers fan sporting these….but imma do it if they make ’em!!!!!!!!!
