Nike Air Max Audacity

Nike has been on a roll with their latest basketball products offered within their $100 and under club, and the Air Max Audactiy is going to be their next big hit.

I was able to check these out last year while in Portland, and I was really excited to see what they had to offer. No forefoot cushion other than Phylon, easy fix with an insole swap, but the rear of the shoe featured a 180 Air Max unit which is almost never seen on budget models. The outsole is also outdoor friendly so you’ll get more bang for you buck if you play on the blacktop. Fuse is used, which I’m not too fond of, but its not rock hard Fuse so it’ll bend and move well with the foot.

I can’t remember their exact price, but I know they won’t be too expensive, and they should be releasing later this year.

  1. @Nightwing remember the air max hyper aggressor(am body u, am premiere) I liked the forefoot at first but when I was finished I had knee pain but if you remember the phylon used it was firm. Will this shoe’s phylon be that firm or softer?

  2. That’s what’s up I uses to wear a lot of air max hopping shoes for indoor-outdoor primarily. This will probably be coming out with the new prime hype. Two solid budget friendly, finish line will prob have on sale a month into the season when signatures start coming out.

  3. Cool, i would love to hear your thoughts on teh jordan “budget” models like the air incline ?

  4. Anthony Davis has been wearing these at the Team USA camp. Zoom Air forefoot for another $10 or $20 would have been ideal, maybe a little higher cut, too, but an appealing shoe as it is.
