The Nike Air Max 1 Flyknit Goes Multicolor

The Nike Air Max 1 Flyknit is yet another shoe to blend a classic shoe with new technology. Now, Nike has implemented the iconic ‘Multicolor’ Flyknit throughout the upper of this Nike Air Max 1 Flyknit.

Seen below is a pair of Nike Air Max 1 Flyknit with ‘Multicolor’ Flyknit along the upper with vibrant colors. The Flyknit used on this colorway features shades of blue, orange, red, pink, yellow, volt, and purple. The toebox is mainly blue, but the multicolor can be seen beneath the blue threads.

As you move back in the shoe, the midfoot and heel areas are the more “traditional” setup of the ‘Multicolor’ construction where threads are blended together and aren’t one definite color. The Nike Air Max 1 Flyknit ‘Multicolor’ features a pink tongue, as well as pink branding on the insole and along the heel. Purple can be seen on the laces, medial and lateral Swooshes, and the inner lining of the shoe. A vibrant blue fuse rand can be found along the sides and toe areas for additional structure. Exposed Flywire is also in the same shade of blue.

The Nike Air Max 1 Flyknit ‘Multicolor’ is scheduled to release tomorrow, July 28, for a retail price of $160. Let us know if you plan on grabbing a pair in the comments below.
