In recent years, Nike has been taking all sorts of silhouettes and smashing them together with the classic Air Force One. Now, one of the best executed of these mash-ups is trickling into retailers.
The overall silhouette of the Air Force One remains intact, with the classic Nike Air Flight Huarache getting a nod with the neoprene bootie and side panel. One of my favorite touches is the tongue patch, which although reminiscent of the original Huarache logo patch replaces the normal text with Air Force One and AF1 branding.
