Nike Air Foamposite One ‘Triple Black’ – Official Look + Release Info

One of the best parts about Foamposite’s were that they literally show no signs of wear. Wrap the Foamposite upper in nubuck and you’ll have to be extra careful when it comes to scuff marks.

This triple black rendition of the 90’s hoops classic will remain the same as previous Foam’s, with a Foamposite upper, Carbon Shank, full length Zoom Air and translucent outsole. However, this pair will be wrapped in a nubuck-like material which gives it an off-court vibe. Not sure how I feel about it… I’m not a huge Foamposite fan as it is so I suppose I’m fine with it, but I will admit it just kind of looks… wrong.

Look for these to hit retailers August 29th for $250 and be sure to share your thoughts below in the comment section.

    1. It’s still foamposite, but the “shell like” top to it is replaced with the suede/nubuck like material. If you were to cut this and a normal foamposite open, they’d be the same underneath. This one just has a much less practical covering over the foamposite.
