K1X is offering 50% off everything on their site, from footwear to apparel! I’ve wanted to try this brand ever since Chris (Nightwing2303) gave us a look in a video years ago and now is the perfect time to cop.
Most of their footwear retails for around $100 so I was able to cop two different models for $50 each — a great deal.
In Chris’ performance review he said that the K1X Anti Gravity, a durable outdoor hoop shoe, fit a little wide. Wide footers would be very happy while narrow footers could go down half a size like he did. I included his videos on K1X products below.

I might grab a pair at these prices. I was thinking of grabbing the all black low tops for work. You think they’d be suitable for being on your feet moving around 8-10 hours a day?
I re-watched Nightwing’s review on the mid tops, do you guys that own a pair agree with his assessment on the cushioning?
To be quite honest nothing lasts 8-10 hours standing on it in my experience. Zoom doesn’t, Boost doesn’t, Micro G doesn’t. I don’t have a pair of K1X yet so idk.
That’s probably true. Right now all I’ve tried is some EVA cushioned shoes and Nike full length Air Sole cushioned shoes and they don’t hold up well later in the day. Feet and legs get pretty sore and tired by then.
I would love to try Boost, but the dress code at work is all black shoes, so that goes without saying I can’t wear Boost. I am thinking Micro G might be really good, but again, can’t find anything in all black. I might have to grab something that is 95% black and try using a black permanent marker to black out the rest of the shoe. Anyone ever tried that before?
Another brand that I could try is Asics.
Asics Gel cushioning has been what I’ve turned to for work shoes. The GLIII served me well, but again, nothing lasts for 8-10 hours.
