A new build of the FILA Cage is dropping tomorrow.
Dubbed the ‘All-American’, this version of the Fila Cage removes the cage at the heel and replaces it with a red, white, and blue sock-like collar area.
The sneaker is all-white with the only hits of color coming in the FILA branding and the collar area. While initially known as a streetball silhouette, the sock-like collar area is a nod to retro tennis headbands.
The sneaker is set to release on June 9 at 12 PM EST for $90 on FILA.com.

Kinda expect for Fila to get trendy again like Adidas superstars. Intentionally they’ve been putting out cool ads, and stuff still looks clean at least from a casual standpoint despite it never really evolving in performance. In due time it’ll hit American mainstream again and everyone’s going to pronounce it as “Fi-lahh” with an accent instead of plain old “Feeluh”. Mark my words.
