  1. Crap, this is one of those things I really don’t need. Two FV’s so the tooling ain’t new, already got a Rare Metal to satisfy almost everything, but this colorway…

  2. This shoe is so sexy in this CW…I still have my white and blue CW, haven’t played in them in a while though, should whip em out soon?

  3. Hey nightwing you may not be the right person to ask about this but why can brandblack continue to come out with jcrossover 2 and 3’s despite Jamal Crawford leaving them for adidas. Most of the time other shoe companies just stop releasing color ways and models in the past like kobe’s move from adidas to Nike. Adidas stopped selling and releasing Kobe’s or Shaq’s reebok stopped releasing when he left. If you don’t know what is your take on this.

    1. I don’t really know the answer. These could’ve been on the release schedule for a while now and the decision to leave BB for adidas was fairly recent and sudden.

Adidas and reebok both still release those shoes though, despite both athletes no longer being associated with the brands. The brands own the designs and can sell the shoes. If the athlete is no longer signed then they remove the athletes name from the shoe. Nike and adidas have been doing that for years.

If the athlete and brand come to a deal where the athlete is compensated then their name is still used.

Brands also own all the rights and TM to names and logos they created for the players. One exception is shaq and his dunkman logo. He owns that himself.

      1. Are the 2s that good that they still release colorways and modifications even with the 3s now out. Or the 2s still superior to the 3?
