Under Armour Officially Unveils ClutchFit Today in NYC

If you’ve been around since the KicksOnCourt days then chances are you’ve been aware of Under Armour’s new ClutchFit system.

However, UA has brought out a lot of their upcoming products that will feature the new upper in NYC for a showcase event. you can see that we’ll get ClutchFit in the Running category as well as the Football, Soccer and Basketball categories. While I’m not at the event, you should follow those that are; Finish Line, Kustoo & SR, I was able to check out Jarron’s pair of ClutchFit Spine runners and these are my initial thoughts…

Breathable, lightweight & form fitting. Those are the essential key aspects that I noticed right away. Support is one that I’m intrigued with but until I have a pair of shoes featuring the material, I have nothing much to say about the support other than it seems interesting & I hope it works. If it does work then I feel it’ll be a great addition to their arsenal as it strays far away from thick plastic Fuse materials that everyone uses and brings things into a more natural fitting & flexing material – much like their compression apparel.

Check out some of the images below that feature their Football and Running items and stay tuned for more information as it becomes available.

      1. plastic or rubber overlays? does the overlay stretch?
unfortunately i dont hv UA products in my country

  1. Interested to see how many more names for rubberized plastic these companies are going to come up with.

Its like the new prods with..”hyper screen”…….ohhh you mean plastic over mesh…like any tennis company worth a damn has been using for a while

  2. This tech is mad old! The big guns nike and Adidas have done this decades ago. All this is, is a new name- UA a shame!
