Under Armour Nano G Lightning

Under-Armour-Nano-G-Lightning-1

Under Armour has some brand new tech coming to their basketball lineup starting with the UA Nano G Lightning.

First we have Flyweight. It’s a single layer synthetic upper supported by a 3D printed molecular structure pattern for strategic lightweight support & ventilation. UA also will debut their Nano G midsole, and even lighter compression molded EVA foam which is apart of the rubber outsole for optimal compression and traction while keeping things as lightweight as possible.

Hit the jump for more colorways set to release August 2012 for $109.99.

  1. Under Armour has been early innovative with the introduction of their basketball line. I wish there was a store that sold Under Armour basketball shoes

  2. I don’t really care for all these new gimmicky innovations. Flywire, flyweight, just put some real leather on the shoes like they did in the 90s

    1. They arent quite gimmicks if they actually work… which some of them do. I dont think they should charge as much as they do for plastic materials but that isnt my call.

  3. I bought a pair of Micro G Torch’s at my local Academy sports goods store earlier this year and I thought your review did them justice. This pair looks interesting as well. Thanks for all the reviews NW.
