adidas Originals Updates the EQT Racing 91/16

For adidas’ EQT line, Boost is definitely life (#BoostIsLife), because the brand is taking all of its classic and updating — or futureproofing them — with Boost.

The latest ’90s EQT model to receive a full-length Boost midsole is the adidas Originals EQT Racing 91/16 for women. Easily one of the most memorable silhouettes from the old EQT days — just look at that cutout — this latest version has been upgraded with Boost and a knitted mesh upper that uses nubuck overlays and a welded nubuck toe.

Of course, the Turbo Red hit that ties the new EQT line together is present here in the form of a panel at the heel. Moreover, an OrthoLite sockliner should add even more modern day comfort.

The adidas Originals EQT Racing 91/16 for women will launch globally on March 23. Retail should be $120 unless things change.
