adidas D Rose 5 Boost ‘Bad Dreams’

This upcoming holiday season will see the Bad Dreams Collection from adidas Basketball, and one of the more popular models will undoubtedly be the adidas D Rose 5 Boost.

You can see with this latest look that there are a number of glow in the dark accents on the shoe, something we’ve been getting accustomed to over the recent years. The upper on this pair is a canvas material, seems a little weird for hooping, but it makes for an interesting look.

  1. sweet. hope the next iterations of basketball boost would have a large boost volume at the forefoot. a segmented unlocked Boost of sorts. another one would be emulating the forefoot design of the Boost Response which might improve performance.

  2. Nightwing, this is what JB should be doing with the 29. It’s been out for months and we get two basic color blocks. D Rose has been out for what, a month? And we’ve already seen more graphics than I can remember.

    1. That is SOOOO true. It’s actually sad but the same thing happened last year with the 28. The point was made that they could print all kinds of graphics on the upper but how many did we really see? There is just so much that can be done with their resources but they just haven’t and probably won’t.

      1. in fairness to the JB, their uppers are much better quality and designed than most of the initial release signature shoes from Adidas. clean and simple. I even chose them over the other Swoosh labeled basketball shoes despite their variety.

  3. Are these more comfortable and durable vs the home colorway??Please answer I will play an entire season with it and they are not all these shoes in France
